Monday’s match-winning 77-run innings from Virat Kohli helped Royal Challengers Bengaluru earn their first victory of the 2024 Indian Premier League over Punjab Kings.

While the wickets continued to fall at one end, Kohli managed to hold his ground and maintain hitting boundaries on a regular basis to control the needed run rate.
